This is a part of http://ccinw.com and really quite an interesting project to empower women within their industry.
Last time I flew it was 1997 and on Continental, with connecting flights too. The airplanes were 30 year old crafts that felt like old buses or something from the junk heap in the first Star Wars movie. I was amazed each time they landed without breaking. Next time, I hope it will be Virgin.
