Seriously guys? It's funny because it's the silhouette of one of their characters from Toy Story (Buddy? damn I can't remember the name), not just any cowboy. Lighten up!

Well, it may be kind of tongue-in-cheek, but it's not funny. If it had internal logic, it would be funny. But they took a silhouette of one of their male characters and stuck an international symbol for a wheelchair next to it. No art, no humor.

Some folks are really making bad assumptions.Rather than say the unit is for males plus/or handicap they used symbols. That is all. There is no slight. The character for a male is a cartoon character from the movies so a bit of fun internally.
The point about local humor does not travel is spot on. The same with local slang or other things.
